| Jobseekers: How do i find a job? |

There are a few things you can do to find a nice job in Secondlife.
Fist of all, subscribe at PeoplePool by answering the questions to one of the consoles at our inworld location. There are also some 300 ATM\'s around SL.
Also, make an appointment with a PeoplePool recruiter for an interview.
To see our vacancies, check the inworld vendors in our office. Select a listing with the arrows and touch the vendor to receive the vacancy text.

That depends on what your skills are and what you want to do.
You can do things in SL you didn't imagine existing, be prepared for a fun experience! At the speed of Secondlife finding a job could be a matter of minutes or days.

| Employers: How does peoplepool work? |

Our largest activity at present is the permanent placement of personnel at different locations throughout Secondlife. To do this we place them in a schedule and they will get a signal when the shift is due on the peoplepool HUD.

| Employers: How do you know how the employee behaves? |

The systems we developed guards the activity of the employee and also if they are 'oncall' or 'onsite'. different payments apply for either choice, automatically. Also, we treat our workers as Our Workers. We will regulary visit them, and see whats going and if they need anything to do their jobs better.

It is possible for workers to stay 'oncall' meaning they are called by the hud if a visitor arrives. Salary payment will be automatically changed if they choose to be 'oncall' and not 'onsite'

Employers who are having temporary workers from peoplepool can log in in the website and see their schedules(s), payment and transaction history, and management information.
